Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of Japanese cuisine experience
- Solid knowledge of all seafood products and culinary techniques
- Ability to exert up to 30 pounds of force occasionally and/or 20 pounds frequently to lift or move objects
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must possess a high level of maturity, dependability, and punctuality

Job Duties
- Oversee quality of seafood products
- Inspect all supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure company standards
- Create and develop unique food offerings representing the SUSHISAMBA brand
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to deliver consistent dining experiences
- Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
- Manage inventory and monitor waste to optimize costs
