Job Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Junior Sushi Sous Chef or higher
- Ability to stand during an entire shift
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently
- Possession of valid Food Handler Card
- Valid documentation of your right to work in the U.S.

- Ability to maintain and follow recipes, processes and standards

Job Duties
- Maintain a high level of food quality and standards ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain a high standard of safety and sanitation throughout the kitchen
- Oversee quality standards and ensure that department rules, policies and procedures are maintained
- Execute menu items in a timely and efficient manner to meet and exceed guest expectations
- Responsible for the monthly inventory of all items in the kitchen
- Ensure recipe standards are being followed in line with SUSHI SAMBA standards
- Attend mandatory pre shift briefings
