Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
experience in sushi preparation
ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
strong manual dexterity
good physical stamina
ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
right to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience as a sushi chef or in a similar culinary role
strong knowledge of sushi preparation techniques
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
excellent attention to detail
good teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

Prepare sushi in accordance with company recipes and presentation standards
maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station
ensure timely and efficient execution of orders
monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations
collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff
participate in training and development activities
