Job Requirements
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- have a high school diploma or GED
- pass background and screening checks
- possess strong observation and report writing skills
- be at least 21 years old
- hold a valid driver’s license and pass MVR check
- be able to work second or third shifts including weekends and holidays
- obtain and maintain Iowa Private Security License
- have relevant security or law enforcement experience preferred

- able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Private Security License with company assistance
Job Duties
- Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity
- document observed events and incidents with detailed reports
- respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
- conduct regular patrols to ensure premises safety
- control access to secure areas and verify visitor identities
- analyze security systems for vulnerabilities or malfunctions
- collaborate with law enforcement during serious situations or emergencies
- ensure safety and protection of individuals and property
