Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be available to work 11pm-7am including weekends and holidays
- Flexible with rotating or extended schedules
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of prior relevant experience within gaming and/or surveillance or similar such as loss prevention
- Prior experience working in a similar resort environment
- Ability to obtain proper licensure as required by the New York State Gaming Commission
- Strong observational and communication skills
- Leadership skills to oversee a team
Job Duties
- Monitor surveillance feeds to detect any suspicious activity or procedural errors, communicating findings to management and relevant departments
- Oversee shift operations, maintaining schedules and supervising Operators and Lead Operators to ensure thorough documentation of incidents
- Report equipment repairs, maintain video file evidence, and monitor various areas
- Foster team development by assisting with training and development, creating methods to educate staff on gaming procedures and regulations
- Partner closely with the Gaming Control Board and other agencies, while maintaining strict confidentiality on all property-related matters
