Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- CPR certification must be obtained within three months of hire
- ability to work evening shift Sunday through Thursday 3:30 pm - 11:30 pm
- ability to stand, walk, bend, reach with arms, and lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to communicate effectively
- adherence to safety and hospital standards
- willingness to wear personal protective equipment when required
- physical ability to perform duties in a hospital setting
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent

- positive working relationship skills with department managers, staff and physicians
- organizational skills and ability to manage time wisely
- productive during downtime
- ability to operate operating room equipment such as beds and hamper stands
- knowledge of safety practices in sterile environments
Job Duties
- Adheres to hospital standards to promote a cooperative work environment
- cleans operating room suites during turnover and performs daily terminal cleaning with documentation
- maintains clean hallways and general housekeeping
- transports patients and equipment to operating rooms
- ensures proper supply levels of gases, linens, and cleaning supplies
- performs daily documentation of blanket warmer temperatures
- assists with equipment inventory and cleans PPE carts according to safety protocols
