Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in restaurant cleaning or bussing preferred
- physical ability to perform duties including frequent reaching bending stooping and lifting up to 50 lbs
- ability to work in varying temperature settings indoors and minimally outdoors
- completion of Florida Responsible Vendor program
- completion of food safety certification
- proficiency in English communication
Job Qualifications
- can reach bend stoop frequently
- able to lift up to 50 lbs and lift heavy loads to high shelves coolers freezers
- able to work in damp high temperature environments indoors and minimally outdoors
- complete and pass Florida Responsible Vendor program in compliance with Flanigan's and Florida statutes
- complete and pass food safety certification program in compliance with Flanigan's and Florida statutes
- ability to speak read and write English
Job Duties
- follow all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training
- clean and set up tables for new guests in a timely manner
- assist guests by clearing dishes and glassware
- remove all trash and debris from bar and dining area floors
- maintain restroom cleanliness and also keep outside parking areas, patio areas, and waiting areas tidy
- ensure all high chairs and booster seats are sanitary
- perform shift changes opening and closing duties and assigned sidework
