- six months to one-year related experience or training

- availability to work weekends including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Job Duties
- manage and coordinate airport activities for ramp and passenger services
- monitor work performance quantity and quality
- direct personnel and oversee staffing requirements
- participate in discipline, coaching, counseling, hiring, and termination
- train subordinates and ensure compliance with company rules and standards
- maintain communication with airport officials and customers
- monitor customer satisfaction, safety, security, and employee relations
- ensure operational compliance with corporate security programs and TSA legislation
- oversee ramp services including loading and unloading cargo, transporting cargo, servicing cabin interiors, de-icing aircraft, and cleaning
- perform passenger service functions such as ticketing, baggage check-in, issuing boarding passes, and dispatching flights
- resolve passenger problems and provide professional customer service
- coordinate with catering, fueling, and maintenance departments
- represent the company when assigned
- prepare and interpret safety, maintenance, and operational documents
- analyze data to solve problems and make decisions
