Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
  • Six months to one year related experience and/or training
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Must be able to work weekends, holidays and days off
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
  • Ability to work in a high noise level environment

Job Duties

  • Manage, coordinate and control airport ramp and passenger service activities
  • Monitor work performance and direct personnel
  • Oversee staffing requirements and participate in hiring and discipline
  • Train subordinates and ensure compliance with company rules and contractual agreements
  • Communicate between airport officials, customers, and the company
  • Perform ticketing transactions and baggage check-in
  • Coordinate with departments for operational support such as catering, fueling, and maintenance
  • Resolve passenger issues and provide professional customer service
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and corporate audit programs
  • Administer fair treatment for employees, customers, vendors and third parties
