Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work seasonally from April to September
- availability to work part-time hours including nights, weekends and event days
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
- physical capability to handle foodservice equipment and perform cleaning tasks
- willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in foodservice or culinary roles preferred
- leadership or supervisory experience is an asset
- strong communication and organizational skills
- knowledge of food safety regulations including HACCP guidelines
- ability to train and motivate associates
- basic math skills for inventory and portion control
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- train employees
- plan, assign and direct work
- appraise performance
- reward and discipline associates
- address complaints and resolve problems
- advise management of purchasing requirements with focus on minimizing waste and avoiding product shortages
- use approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control
- operate and clean equipment in accordance with department procedures
- store, label and date food items according to policy
- maintain established food rotations to minimize spoilage and waste
- follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply
- operate food-service equipment safely
- help serve meals
- remain present during scheduled meal periods to receive customer feedback
- perform other duties as assigned
