- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- Previous administrative work experience
- Experience using MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision

- Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Physical ability to walk, bend, and lift up to 35 pounds

Job Duties
- Performs a variety of operational and administrative tasks to support the Chief Pilot Office at each pilot base
- Answers phones and assists pilots with questions
- Maintains base email accounts, faxes, and personal United email accounts
- Manages compliance for pilot crew badges
- Assists pilots and staff with parking, SIDA badges, and background checks
- Updates pilot records for medicals, passports, vaccines, visas, licenses, and training documents
- Maintains lost, stolen, and loaner iPad equipment and assists pilots with iPad issues
- Maintains supplies for pilot group including office, crew room, and pilot interfacing equipment
- Assists the base in operational integrity and reliability
- Maintains entire office supply inventory and issues pilot uniform accessories
