Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must live within 65 miles of Webster, TX
  • Ability to attend the office in Webster every Tuesday
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Skills in database entry and information research
  • Knowledge of global geography

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Preferred bachelor’s degree in aviation, business, logistics, or related field
  • Previous experience maintaining data and conducting operational research
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal across diverse audiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of global geography
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities

Job Duties

  • Maintain accurate, high-quality data across multiple systems
  • Prepare detailed trip cost estimates and communicate with customers to ensure clarity and satisfaction
  • Assist the operations team in daily workflows to maintain efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support billing and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with procedures
  • Uphold consistency and excellence in service delivery through quality assurance
  • Act confidently and professionally in high-pressure or challenging situations
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve organizational goals and resolve issues
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
