Job Requirements
- Must have commercial or airline transport certificate
- Must hold airplane multi-engine land rating
- Must possess instrument rating with 50 hours of instrument experience
- Must have minimum of 400 hours total flight time (or 250 hours with aviation degree or CAE Academy graduate with approval)
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, holidays and weekends
- Must be available for two weeks of uninterrupted training upon hire
- Must meet all TSA requirements
- Must reside within 2 hours of training facility
Job Qualifications
- Commercial or Airline Transport Certificate
- Airplane Multi-Engine land
- Instrument rating with 50 hours of instrument experience
- 400 hours of total flight time (100 hours of turbine preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, holidays and weekends
- Experience with advanced avionics preferred
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Internet Explorer
- Residence within 2 hours of training facility
Job Duties
- Fulfill the pilot monitoring role during flight simulator training under FAA and/or EASA regulations
- Attend all elements of the training event to support clients training and learning experience including pre-flight and post flight briefings
- Maintain professional conduct in all interactions with clients and instructors
- Complete necessary forms and checklists as required for pilot monitoring role
