Job Requirements
- Authorized to live and work in the United States
- Reside within the DFW-Metroplex area
- Meet all TSA security requirements
- Commit to initial training lasting 2 to 4 weeks
- Availability for workdays of 5 or more hours
- Provide a minimum of 35 simulator events annually
- Flexible scheduling including weekends and variable hours
- Commitment to completing training successfully
- Able to work shifts typically not exceeding 6 hours in simulator per event
Job Qualifications
- Commercial Pilot or Airline Transport Pilot certificate
- Instrument rating for multi-engine airplanes
- Minimum of 400 total flight hours, including 50 multi-engine hours
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written form
- Ability to deliver high-quality customer service
- Ability to adapt training to diverse groups
- Experience with aviation CRM practices
Job Duties
- Provide seat support in flight simulators to a wide range of clients
- Deliver coaching and training assistance aligned with various regulatory standards
- Maintain proficiency and expert knowledge of aircraft systems and simulator operations
- Support simulator evaluation events for CAE and governing agencies
- Maintain accurate and timely records per company and regulatory requirements
- Tailor training sessions to meet diverse customer needs
- Commit to scheduled training events and recurrent training participation
