Job Requirements
- commercial pilot or airline transport pilot certificate
- airplane multi-engine land rating
- instrument rating airplane multi-engine land with 50 hours multi-engine and instrument experience
- 400 hours total flight time with 100 hours turbine preferred
- ability to attend minimum 35 events annually to stay current and receive recurrent training
- reside within the Orlando area
- ability to commit 10-15 days of work per month
- ability to be scheduled for shifts of at least 4 hours at any time

Job Duties
- fulfill pilot monitoring role during flight simulator training
- attend all elements of training events including pre-flight and post-flight briefings
- support clients’ training and learning experience
- maintain professional conduct in interactions with clients and instructors
- complete necessary forms and checklists required for pilot monitoring role
