Job Requirements
- Commercial or airline transport certificate
- Airplane multi-engine land
- Instrument rating with 50 hours of instrument experience
- 400 hours of total flight time (100 hours turbine preferred) or 250 hours with degree or CAE Academy graduation and permission
- Must be eligible to meet all TSA requirements
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, holidays and weekends
- Must live within 2 hours of the training facility
Job Qualifications

- Eligibility to meet all TSA requirements
- Experience with advanced avionics preferred
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Must live within 2 hours of the training facility
Job Duties
- Fulfill the pilot monitoring role during flight simulator training under FAA and/or EASA regulations
- Attend all elements of the training event including pre-flight and post-flight briefings to support the client’s training and learning experience
- Maintain professional conduct in all interactions with clients and instructors
- Complete necessary forms and checklists as required for pilot monitoring role
- Support instructors and trainees throughout the training session
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures during simulation exercises
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to facilitate training objectives
