Job Requirements
- Must hold a commercial or airline transport pilot certificate
- Must have airplane multi-engine land rating
- Must have an instrument rating with at least 50 hours of instrument flight experience
- Must have at least 400 hours of total flight time, 100 hours of turbine preferred
- Must be eligible to meet all TSA requirements
- Must be able to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, holidays and weekends
- Must have basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Internet Explorer
- Must live within 2 hours of the training facility
Job Qualifications
- Commercial or airline transport certificate
- Airplane multi-engine land
- Instrument rating with 50 hours of instrument experience
- 400 hours of total flight time (100 hours of turbine, preferred), can be reduced to 250 hours with aviation degree or CAE Academy graduation
- Must be eligible to meet all TSA requirements
- Experience with advanced avionics preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, holidays and weekends
- Basic computer skills - Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer
- Must live within 2 hours of the training facility
Job Duties
- Fulfill the pilot monitoring role during flight simulator training under FAA and/or EASA regulations
- Attend all elements of the training event to support client's training and learning experience including pre-flight and post-flight briefings
- Maintain professional conduct in all interactions with clients and instructors
- Complete necessary forms and checklists as required for pilot monitoring role
