Job Requirements

  • Must hold a commercial or airline transport pilot certificate
  • Must have airplane multi-engine land rating
  • Must have an instrument rating with at least 50 hours of instrument flight experience
  • Must have at least 400 hours of total flight time, 100 hours of turbine preferred
  • Must be eligible to meet all TSA requirements
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, holidays and weekends
  • Must have basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Internet Explorer
  • Must live within 2 hours of the training facility

Job Qualifications

  • Commercial or airline transport certificate
  • Airplane multi-engine land
  • Instrument rating with 50 hours of instrument experience
  • 400 hours of total flight time (100 hours of turbine, preferred), can be reduced to 250 hours with aviation degree or CAE Academy graduation
  • Must be eligible to meet all TSA requirements
  • Experience with advanced avionics preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, holidays and weekends
  • Basic computer skills - Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer
  • Must live within 2 hours of the training facility

Job Duties

  • Fulfill the pilot monitoring role during flight simulator training under FAA and/or EASA regulations
  • Attend all elements of the training event to support client's training and learning experience including pre-flight and post-flight briefings
  • Maintain professional conduct in all interactions with clients and instructors
  • Complete necessary forms and checklists as required for pilot monitoring role
