Job Requirements
- Authorized to live and work in the United States
- Participate in CAE’s DOT drug and alcohol testing program
- Ability to work on-call part-time schedule
- Willingness to engage in ongoing training and professional development
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must adhere to federal and company safety and operational policies
Job Qualifications
- Hold or meet qualifications for an unrestricted ATP certificate
- Possess at least one unrestricted PIC Type Rating
- Demonstrate strong communication skills for teaching
- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and internet-based programs
- Experience flying business aircraft is preferred
- Ability to maintain records accurately
- Commitment to professional and customer-centric conduct
Job Duties
- Provide support as an on-call simulator crew member pilot
- Coach and mentor fellow pilots during training sessions
- Customize training to meet diverse client needs
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with CAE and FAA policies
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on client satisfaction
- Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of aviation professionals
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training
