Job Requirements

  • Authorized to live and work in the United States
  • Participate in CAE’s DOT drug and alcohol testing program
  • Ability to work on-call part-time schedule
  • Willingness to engage in ongoing training and professional development
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Must adhere to federal and company safety and operational policies

Job Qualifications

  • Hold or meet qualifications for an unrestricted ATP certificate
  • Possess at least one unrestricted PIC Type Rating
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills for teaching
  • Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and internet-based programs
  • Experience flying business aircraft is preferred
  • Ability to maintain records accurately
  • Commitment to professional and customer-centric conduct

Job Duties

  • Provide support as an on-call simulator crew member pilot
  • Coach and mentor fellow pilots during training sessions
  • Customize training to meet diverse client needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with CAE and FAA policies
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of aviation professionals
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training
