Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of four shifts per week availability
- Commitment to exclusive employment at Tria
- Intention to stay employed for at least one year
- Participation in bi-weekly mandatory training
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to handle pooled wage system equitably
Job Qualifications
- Passion for fine wine and genuine hospitality
- Experience in a restaurant or bar setting preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to commit to a minimum of four shifts weekly

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests
- Engage guests in meaningful conversation about wine and menu offerings
- Participate actively in ongoing training sessions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service
- Handle pooled earnings transparently and equitably
- Maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for all patrons
- Adhere to Tria’s policies regarding exclusivity and shift commitments
