Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • at least 1 year of management experience
  • ability to operate cash register
  • ability to lift and move merchandise up to 25 lbs
  • comfort with climbing ladders
  • ability to kneel, bend, twist, and stoop frequently
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts
  • capability to understand and follow instructions accurately
  • ability to remain in an upright position for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • college experience preferred
  • minimum 1 years of management experience
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to multi-task

  • ability to maintain composure under pressure

Job Duties

  • Ensures all crew members provide excellent customer service
  • trains crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience
  • oversees daily activities of store associates
  • assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock
  • acts as Manager on Duty when needed
  • manages opening and closing store procedures
  • supports onboarding and training of associates
  • drives store sales and controls expenses
  • partners in merchandising procedures and World Recovery
  • performs store maintenance tasks
