Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- at least 1 year of management experience
- ability to operate cash register
- ability to lift and move merchandise up to 25 lbs
- comfort with climbing ladders
- ability to kneel, bend, twist, and stoop frequently
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts
- capability to understand and follow instructions accurately
- ability to remain in an upright position for extended periods
Job Qualifications

- college experience preferred
- minimum 1 years of management experience

Job Duties
- Ensures all crew members provide excellent customer service
- trains crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience
- oversees daily activities of store associates
- assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock
- acts as Manager on Duty when needed
- manages opening and closing store procedures
- supports onboarding and training of associates
- drives store sales and controls expenses
- partners in merchandising procedures and World Recovery
- performs store maintenance tasks
