Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid New York State Driver's License
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle safely
- Knowledge of city parking rules and regulations preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Timely reporting of any license status changes
- Commitment to maintaining vehicle operational standards

- Physical ability to load and unload supplies

Job Duties
- Deliver and distribute marketing materials, supplies and equipment to sales representatives, customer success specialists, supervisors, and managers at various sites
- Load and unload supplies at point of pick-up, delivery, and distribution
- Assist staff in setting up and breaking down equipment at events
- Complete trip logs including mileage and gas purchases
- Take vehicles for scheduled oil changes, service, and inspections
- Maintain vehicle upkeep with gas and car washes
- Monitor vehicle registration, permits, and insurance deadlines
- Safeguard equipment within the vehicle and report malfunctions or incidents promptly
- Transport staff to work-related meetings or special activities upon request
- Support corporate initiatives including holiday events, provider galas, and leadership conferences
- Receive and stock inventory and supplies for sales and customer success departments
- Assist staff during routine outreach, operate popcorn machine, tents, and distribute marketing collateral
- Assist at weekday and weekend events and after-hours activities
- Conduct outreach efforts as required
- Maintain excellent working relationships with mailroom, facility loading dock, receiving personnel, and warehouse staff
- Participate in training workshops and conferences supporting organizational growth
- Complete vehicle stock and equipment inspections and replenishment weekly
- Arrange restocking of marketing and promotional materials to ensure minimal levels are maintained
