Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must pass a background check, drug screen, and physical
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work well in team environments in high-pressure situations
- Physically capable of assisting with tasks such as lifting equipment, driving vehicles, and standing for extended periods

Job Duties
- Assist in organizing and supporting community service events that promote fire safety and public education
- Participate in outreach programs to engage with local residents and provide fire safety tips and emergency preparedness information
- Assist with management of department records, including incident reports
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks within the department
- Provide rehabilitation support for firefighters and emergency responders at active emergency scenes
- Assist victims, families, and responders during crisis situations and disasters
- Support event planning, fundraising efforts, equipment and facility maintenance
- Assist in department social events that foster camaraderie and teamwork
- Take on special projects to address unique department needs
