Job Requirements
- must be at least sixteen years old
- must be at least 21 years old to serve alcoholic beverages
- previous experience preferred
- must successfully complete restaurant's training course
- must have current/valid food handlers permit from Tulsa Health Department

Job Duties
- works with expo and kitchen staff to ensure customers receive correct orders
- delivers food, beverages, condiments, and other requested items to customers
- ensures that food is prepared correctly and to customers satisfaction
- returns incorrect or improperly cooked orders to kitchen
- collects used plates when delivering meals and ensures customer has proper silverware, napkins and any other requests for their meals
- assists with other restaurant tasks such as cleaning the dining area and preparing silverware and condiments
- performs other related duties as assigned
- welcome guests to the venue
- provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
- manage reservations
- escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas
- provide menus and announce waiter/waitress's name
- greet customers upon their departure
- coordinate with wait staff about available seating options
- assuring compliance with all sanitation and other safety guidelines
- monitoring the open dining sections of the restaurant for empty and cleaned tables
- knowledge of all table numbers and seat positions
- pre-bussing, clearing, wiping tabletops, chairs and booths, and setting tables according to company policy
