Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Supply Chain, Finance, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, or operations, including exposure to S&OP processes, customer planning, and supply planning
- experience with SAP (Business Warehouse & Business Intelligence) or similar supply planning software preferred
- proficient in MS Excel
- exceptional analytical and communication skills
- excellent attention to detail
- strong organizational skills
- APICS certification is a plus
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee inventory and supply planning for assigned plant
- maintain capacity plans and production schedules to meet service and cost objectives
- collaborate with production facilities, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Demand Planning to address potential issues
- translate S&OP forecasts into SKU-DC level supply plans
- lead master data collection and maintenance to support inventory and production objectives
- assess inventory levels and forecasts to make decisions that minimize costs and achieve service goals
- track plant performance against supply chain plans and reconcile metrics versus targets
- identify and implement process improvements for supply planning tools and systems
- analyze long-term production capacity and develop annual capacity planning models
- support successful promotions and new product launches through effective planning
