Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Education and/or experience needed to meet required functional competencies as listed
  • Ability to lift weights up to 50 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs frequently
  • Availability to work day, evening, or night shifts including occasional weekends
  • Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain accurate records
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Physical capability for medium work

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Associate's or vocational degree preferred
  • 0 to 2 years warehouse or inventory experience preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Lawson, Infor, Workday, Peoplesoft preferred
  • Ability to perform physical work lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • Receives, sorts, puts away, picks and delivers supplies, mail, patient records and other items as required
  • Stocks items needed
  • Rotates stock and checks for outdates
  • Scans, hand counts and performs cycle counting
  • Labels and stickers product as needed
  • Ships, receives and completes courier setup
  • Pulls reports out of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems as needed
  • Answers phones and troubleshoots concerns, escalating as appropriate
  • Cleans and organizes stock rooms
  • Ensures shift work is complete
  • Performs other duties as assigned
