Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Proven experience with import/export regulations
  • Experience in export/trade compliance and ITAR/EAR regulations
  • Experience in medical device industry or related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office365
  • Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience with 3PL logistics
  • Strong decision-making and analytical abilities
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business with specialization in Supply Chain or Logistics or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 5 years of overall related work experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • At least 3 years of demonstrated work experience applying import/export regulations
  • Minimum 2 years experience in export/trade and ITAR/EAR compliance
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the medical device industry or related field
  • Experience with MS Office365
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP preferred
  • Knowledge of Incoterms, export codes, taxes, and tariffs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with domestic and international 3PL for product and distribution strategies
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs

Job Duties

  • Inspect inbound parts, sub-assemblies, and finished goods for visible defects
  • Confirm product identification with purchase orders, packing lists, or ERP records
  • Utilize measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and plug gauges to verify critical dimensions
  • Document inspection results in ERP system and attach records to shipment file
  • Verify assembly activities and ensure parts meet drawings, specs, and sampling plans
  • Confirm order accuracy, labeling, documentation, and packaging
  • Coordinate and monitor exports to ensure timely, accurate shipments
