Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field
  • intermediate proficiency with NetSuite, Excel, and ERP systems
  • knowledge of customs compliance and trade regulations
  • strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • ability to work onsite in Newark, CA
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Intermediate level experience in logistics or supply chain management
  • proficiency with NetSuite, Excel, and ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle
  • knowledge of import and export documentation processes
  • understanding of international shipping and customs compliance
  • experience with purchase order management and vendor relations
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • ability to generate and analyze logistics reports
  • familiarity with compliance and trade regulations

Job Duties

  • Prepare and maintain customs paperwork and shipping documentation for imports and exports
  • file import and export entries and ensure compliance with trade regulations
  • coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and brokers to resolve delays and customs holds
  • track shipments to ensure on time delivery and escalate issues as needed
  • assist with purchase order creation, updates, and follow ups with vendors
  • maintain shipping profiles and guides for customers and vendors
  • generate supply chain and logistics reports using NetSuite and Excel
  • identify ways to streamline documentation and reporting workflows
  • support intercompany transfer processes
