Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of supply chain, inventory, production, or logistics support experience
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, business, or equivalent years of directly related professional experience

  • 3+ years of supply chain, inventory, production, or logistics support experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present findings
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Fishbowl, Sage, or similar
  • Experience with forecasting, production scheduling, or warehouse/logistics analytics
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Support day-to-day supply chain operations by maintaining accurate data across forecasting, production planning, purchasing, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and quality functions
  • Analyze supply chain data to support demand forecasting, material planning, and production and packaging schedules
  • Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and other analytical tools used for planning and leadership decision-making
  • Enter and update system records including blends, transfers, consolidations, and manufacturing orders to ensure accurate material tracking
  • Monitor raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory levels, identifying discrepancies, risks of aging, excess inventory, or accuracy issues
  • Assist with inventory reconciliations, cycle counts, physical inventories, and resolving discrepancies in collaboration with Warehouse and Production teams
  • Support Packaging, Cellars, and Warehouse operations by ensuring timely material readiness, accurate movement documentation, and adherence to FIFO and traceability standards
  • Assist with inbound logistics by tracking scheduled deliveries of materials and communicating issues or delays to internal teams
  • Support outbound logistics by monitoring order fulfillment, shipment status, and documentation accuracy for deliveries
  • Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and scale-related records in coordination with warehouse and logistics teams
  • Ensure supply chain documentation is organized, current, and compliant with QA/QC, regulatory, and food safety requirements
  • Provide data to support investigations related to quality, safety, production delays, inventory issues, or compliance findings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Purchasing, Production, Warehouse, QA, Sales, and Finance to support aligned, efficient operations
  • Support month-end financial reporting including COGS, inventory valuation, variances, and procurement spend tracking
  • Assist with cost-reduction, process-improvement, and efficiency initiatives by analyzing data and communicating insights
  • Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders to prevent operational delays and support accurate, timely decision-making
  • Other duties as assigned
