Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in a related discipline
  • 1-2 years of supply chain experience
  • experience with SAP ERP system
  • knowledge of export and import documentation requirements
  • understanding of GMP, GLP, GCP in transportation and materials management
  • strong Microsoft Office skills
  • strong communication skills
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to multi-task and prioritize numerous tasks and complete under time constraints

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in a related discipline
  • 1-2 years of supply chain experience
  • knowledge of export and import documentation requirements
  • understanding of GMP, GLP, GCP in relation to transportation and materials management
  • experience with SAP ERP system
  • hazardous materials shipping hazmat awareness or certification a plus
  • strong Microsoft Office skills especially Excel and Outlook
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete under time constraints
  • strong attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Create and manage purchase orders and sales orders in our SAP ERP system
  • update order tracking details in Excel based files
  • work with internal stakeholders, CMOs and partners to document and communicate delivery schedule updates
  • assist with inventory movements within SAP ERP system
  • perform reconciliation of inventory between client and partners ERP systems
  • perform goods receipts within the SAP ERP system
  • interface with internal teams across Clinical, Manufacturing, and Quality functions as well as external partners to support inbound and outbound logistics coordination
