Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum six months warehouse or inventory experience
- ability to pass 5 panel drug screening
- ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- ability to use pallet jack
- access to and ability to use a smartphone or equivalent device
- reliable transportation to work location
- availability to work the scheduled hours from 6:00 am to 9:00 am Monday through Friday
- ability to communicate effectively
- adherence to company and client policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- six months warehouse or inventory experience
- ability to use a pallet jack
- proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- active smartphone or equivalent device
- strong communication skills
- ability to work independently and follow procedures
- attention to detail
- safety awareness
- basic technical skills to handle hardware and software issues
Job Duties
- Ensure garage coverage is met daily at primary location and assist in back-up coverage to other locations when available
- maintain inventory quality and quantity through 98% or above scan compliance in all assigned garages
- ensure service requirement of 7:30 AM local time is met daily including equipment scanning and stocking, materials sorted and stocked, defective product processing, and new stock receiving
- complete daily Garage 101 tasks including placement of product signs, correct product staging, desk area organization, barcode placements, and policy compliance
- maintain inventory quality and quantity through First In/First Out stock management and ensure Quarterly Inventory score is at or above 99.5% for all assigned locations
- act as a safety advocate maintaining accident-free work environment
- respond promptly to client concerns and requests and escalate when necessary
- participate in daily conference calls and adhere to company policies
- perform other duties as assigned
