Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience performing compliance monitoring and policy assessments or audits
  • 3+ years of experience using Root Cause Corrective Action Methodology or the Boeing Problem Solving Model
  • 3+ years of experience in the application of AS9100
  • 3+ years of experience in aircraft structures manufacturing processes
  • 3+ years of experience working with Quality and/or Safety Corrective Action/Preventative Action, Root Cause Corrective Actions
  • Experience communicating effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Must be a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15
  • Ability to work 100% onsite in Stuart, FL
  • Must comply with export control compliance requirements
  • Drug free workplace compliance

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience performing compliance monitoring and policy assessments or audits
  • 3+ years of experience using Root Cause Corrective Action Methodology or the Boeing Problem Solving Model
  • 3+ years of experience in the application of AS9100
  • 3+ years of experience in aircraft structures manufacturing processes
  • 3+ years of experience working with Quality and/or Safety Corrective Action/Preventative Action, Root Cause Corrective Actions
  • Experience communicating effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Level 4: 5+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of experience working in Quality, Supplier Quality or Supplier Management
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in knowledge of various quality tools and processes such as APQP, FMEA, control plans, SPC, FAI, RCCA
  • Experience in knowledge of AS9102 and AS9145
  • Experience in Lean or lean six sigma (leading or co-leading teams with value stream mapping and shop floor standard work events)
  • Experience in knowledge of project management best practices and processes
  • Experience developing supplier improvement plans and strategies, providing training, and coaching
  • Experience developing and managing strong relationships with partners (internal & external), and suppliers

Job Duties

  • Leads audits and assessments of complex supplier systems, processes and products
  • Leads special or high-visibility audits and assessments of supplier's systems, processes and products
  • Documents and reports audit and assessment results
  • Delegates product acceptance responsibility to suppliers
  • Assesses the capability and capacity of suppliers to perform current or potential future work
  • Provides education and coaching on quality systems, regulatory compliance issues and company initiatives
  • Develops training materials and other resources to support improvements in supplier performance and productivity
