Job Requirements
- High school/GED preferred
- Three years institutional cooking experience
- Food Handlers Certification
- 2 years food preparation experience
- Experience with high volume food preparation preferred
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as oven, steam cookers, deep fat fryer, meat slicer, and grill
- Strong writing/composing skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Food Handlers Certification
- Experience in institutional or high-volume food preparation
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards
- Proficiency in operating kitchen equipment
- Ability to follow standardized recipes and instructions
- Good communication skills with kitchen team members
