Job Requirements
- Complete a background investigation with favorable results

- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds

- Flexible to work shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be U.S. citizen or U.S. National with three or more consecutive years residency in U.S. territory

Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years specialized experience in recreational rental, resale, and programming
- Knowledge of Non-Appropriated Fund budgeting and capital improvement planning
- Skills in personnel management and supervision
- Competencies in core recreation activities such as camping, hiking, biking, kayaking, scuba, and recreational water sports
- Current nationally recognized CPR, AED, and First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Experience with program management and customer service
- Ability to oversee equipment inventory and maintenance
- Familiarity with federal and military standards and compliance
Job Duties
- Assist the Leisure and Recreation Program Manager in planning, developing, organizing, and supervising outdoor recreation programs
- Manage day-to-day operations of equipment loan, rental, and resale outlets
- Design and maintain resale operations to enhance customer satisfaction and participation
- Serve as ODR Program Manager in the manager's absence
- Provide management oversight of the Auto Hobby program including fleet maintenance
- Supervise staff, including interviewing, training, evaluating performance, and providing feedback
- Conduct weekly inspections of facilities and equipment, documenting discrepancies
- Ensure facility and equipment maintenance programs are implemented
- Manage point of sale functions and administrative duties including NAF and APF purchasing systems
- Conduct customer surveys and assist in budgeting and capital improvement planning
- Monitor compliance with Air Force and Department of Defense standards
