Job Requirements
- Must hold an FAA 2152 FV-J/FG-14 or above regional or headquarters position for at least 1 year
- Facility rated or area certified for at least 1 year in an ATS facility
- Must have held an MSS position for at least 1 year in an ATS facility
- Must have held an MSS-2 position or higher for at least 1 year
- Education may not be substituted for experience
Job Qualifications
- Held an FAA 2152 FV-J/FG-14 or above regional or headquarters position for at least 1 year
- Been facility rated or area certified for at least 1 year in an ATS facility
- Held an MSS position for at least 1 year in an ATS facility
- Held an MSS-2 position or above for a minimum of 1 year
- Must meet qualification requirements based on the level of MSS position
- Career level eligibility determined by the MSS position chart
Job Duties
- Plan and direct operations within the terminal or en route facility
- Oversee multiple support activities including training, quality assurance, and traffic management
- Manage airspace and procedural compliance initiatives
- Develop and implement facility plans and programs
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency
- Monitor and evaluate support service performance
- Ensure adherence to FAA regulations and safety standards
