Job Requirements
- Must have held a FAA 2152 FV-J/FG-14 or above regional or headquarters position for at least 1 year
- Must have been facility rated or area certified for at least 1 year at an Air Traffic Services facility
- Must have held an MSS position for at least 1 year in an Air Traffic Services facility
- Education may not be substituted for experience
Job Qualifications

- Must have held an MSS position for at least 1 year in an Air Traffic Services facility
- Knowledge of FAA regulations and air traffic control procedures
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Proven ability to manage team performance and operations
Job Duties
- Planning and directing operations within delegated areas of responsibility
- Providing first line supervision to Developmental and Certified Professional Controllers
- Allocating resources and managing workflow efficiently
- Ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and safety standards
- Supporting and mentoring controller staff to improve performance
- Evaluating operational activities and making adjustments as needed
- Collaborating with other supervisory and management personnel
