Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Three years of food service experience preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Ability to oversee and manage staff during shifts
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Capability to perform opening and closing supervisor duties
  • No required certification or license
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including AM and PM shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum three years of food service experience preferably in healthcare
  • Strong supervisory and organizational skills
  • Ability to perform opening and closing shift responsibilities
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities
  • Knowledge of dietary guidelines and patient care nutrition

Job Duties

  • Perform a variety of dietary functions including daily meal service in the hospital
  • Oversee and monitor AM and PM shifts in the Patient Services area
  • Perform opening and closing supervisor duties
  • Act as the Duty Supervisor as assigned
  • Supervise Service Support Technicians
  • Ensure compliance with dietary and safety standards
  • Coordinate with other departments to promote patient satisfaction
