Job Requirements

  • Minimal high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimal 6 month related experience or training
  • Valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to drive a vehicle with manual transmission may be required
  • Clear oral communication skills
  • Clear written communication skills
  • Positive customer service attitude
  • Ability to adapt to work environment changes
  • Sound and accurate judgment
  • Must be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to walk and run for extended periods
  • Ability to use stairs and elevators
  • Must have close vision, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus

Job Duties

  • Greet guests courteously
  • Ensure customers are receiving timely service
  • Assist customers in and out of their vehicle
  • Drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles in a safe and professional manner
  • Assist with hiring, training, and coaching an excellent valet team
  • Create a staffing schedule according to the anticipated daily vehicle volume
  • Maintain full compliance to the standard operating procedures, while ensuring the safety and security of vehicles and keys at all times
