Job Requirements
- Minimal high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimal 6 month related experience or training
- Valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record
- Ability to drive a vehicle with manual transmission may be required
- Clear oral communication skills
- Clear written communication skills
- Positive customer service attitude
- Ability to adapt to work environment changes
- Sound and accurate judgment
- Must be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to walk and run for extended periods
- Ability to use stairs and elevators
- Must have close vision, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus

Job Duties
- Greet guests courteously
- Ensure customers are receiving timely service
- Assist customers in and out of their vehicle
- Drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles in a safe and professional manner
- Assist with hiring, training, and coaching an excellent valet team
- Create a staffing schedule according to the anticipated daily vehicle volume
- Maintain full compliance to the standard operating procedures, while ensuring the safety and security of vehicles and keys at all times
