Job Requirements

  • Minimal high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimal 6 month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record
  • ability to drive a vehicle with a manual transmission may be required
  • ability to speak clearly and respond well to questions
  • ability to write clearly and interpret written information
  • maintains positive attitude and responds professionally and courteously
  • adaptable to changes, delays, or unexpected events
  • exhibits sound and accurate judgment
  • able to walk, stand, and run for extended periods
  • able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
  • able to lift or move up to 25 pounds
  • specific vision abilities including close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus

Job Duties

  • Greet guests courteously
  • ensure customers are receiving timely service
  • assist customers in and out of their vehicle
  • drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles in a safe and professional manner
  • assist with hiring, training, and coaching an excellent valet team
  • create a staffing schedule according to the anticipated daily vehicle volume
  • maintain full compliance to the standard operating procedures, while ensuring the safety and security of vehicles and keys at all times
