Job Requirements
- 3 years of experience in operations, customer service, or related area
- Bachelor's degree or additional 2 years of relevant training/experience in lieu of degree
- Ability to lead, motivate, and successfully communicate with a diverse workgroup and internal teams
- Proven ability to effectively and tactfully communicate
- Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and non-standard shifts
- Depending on work location, may require USPS Mail Handling Certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum age of 18
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Duties
- Supervise the execution of the timeline and regulatory compliance at departure gates
- Investigate and report delays and irregular flight activity and propose solutions
- Ensure tools and equipment are available and working to perform job functions
- Monitor compliance with FAA and company regulations and review applicable documents
- Supervise ticketing, enplaning/deplaning activities, customer relations, and passenger security
- Supervise CSAs and RSAs or vendor employees in scheduling, training, attendance, discipline and performance
- Develop CSAs and RSAs through performance management, coaching, and team growth
- Influence station culture through action, presence, and behavior reinforcement
- Represent AS Airport Operations & Customer Service
