Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in related industry
  • Minimum two years of spa or front desk/reservations experience
  • Minimum one year of supervisory or management experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the enterprise
  • Good merchandising presentation skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
  • Compliance with San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission license requirements if applicable
  • No driver's license or insurance required

Job Qualifications

  • Related, relevant or direct experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
  • Strong communication skills across all levels

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise concierge, fitness, and retail areas to support business plans and enhance guest experience
  • Collaborate with upper management on development and positioning of reception guest service, retail, and fitness offerings
  • Maintain a high-performance work environment and foster internal and external partner relationships
  • Uphold enterprise and department policies and oversee daily operations including training, certification, and policy compliance
  • Ensure cleanliness, health, and safety of all spa, retail, and fitness facilities
  • Assist with inventory, revenue, and margin management
  • Perform other duties to support efficient department operations
