Job Requirements
- Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in related industry
- Minimum two years of spa or front desk/reservations experience
- Minimum one year of supervisory or management experience preferred
- Ability to communicate at all levels of the enterprise
- Good merchandising presentation skills
- Good presentation skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
- Compliance with San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission license requirements if applicable
- No driver's license or insurance required
Job Qualifications

- Related, relevant or direct experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
- Strong communication skills across all levels

Job Duties
- Lead and supervise concierge, fitness, and retail areas to support business plans and enhance guest experience
- Collaborate with upper management on development and positioning of reception guest service, retail, and fitness offerings
- Maintain a high-performance work environment and foster internal and external partner relationships
- Uphold enterprise and department policies and oversee daily operations including training, certification, and policy compliance
- Ensure cleanliness, health, and safety of all spa, retail, and fitness facilities
- Assist with inventory, revenue, and margin management
- Perform other duties to support efficient department operations
