Job Requirements
- Experience managing and motivating hourly teams
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and be on-call during off shifts for escalations
- Fair leadership, ensuring balance between building good team culture and pushing team toward excellence to prioritize team success
- Strong care for attention to detail and process optimization
- Excellent computer skills, in particular a working knowledge and familiarity with MacOS and Windows, as well as strong MS Office skills
- Ability to navigate and thrive in ambiguous environments

Job Duties
- Take ownership of vehicle fleet cleanliness, maintenance and state of charge, while conducting fleet processes in an efficient and effective manner
- Lead coaching and training initiatives to equip team members with essential skills and knowledge for effective job performance
- Cultivate a positive, high-performing team culture and proactively resolve performance challenges
- Conduct regular audits to verify adherence and identify opportunities for enhancement
- Review and approve timecards, expense reports, travel requests, and schedule shifts for Fleet Support Specialists
- Be an expert with Tesla's proprietary software systems to access real-time data and analytics to identify and resolve issues to ensure seamless fleet operations
- Proactively monitor and respond to all communication platforms, maintaining real-time connectivity to drive cross-functional collaboration
