Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in leading and/or supervising staff in a health care facility or 2 years of experience in leading and/or supervising staff in a non-health care facility
  • Experience in use of point-of-sale systems in a retail setting
  • Experience in merchandising of products in a retail setting preferred
  • Previous experience in cash handling/reconciliation

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Overseeing daily retail food service operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance
  • Leading and mentoring team members to achieve performance goals and professional growth
  • Implementing and optimizing processes and structures that enhance service delivery
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives
  • Monitoring key performance indicators and using data to inform decisions and measure progress
  • Managing cash handling and reconciliation with precision
  • Delivering exceptional customer service at the point of sale
