Job Description
This particular position is based at the Green Solution dispensary located in Westminster, CO. It offers a full-time employment opportunity with a competitive pay rate of $21 per hour, supplemented by benefits and tips. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must possess a valid MED badge
- Must have experience managing retail operations including staffing schedules, compliance, inventory control, purchasing, theft prevention, and diversion
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and lift or move up to 10 pounds
- Must be able to communicate verbally with coworkers, customers, and vendors
- Willingness to work full-time including weekends
- Availability to manage changes in work environment and moderate noise levels
- Background check required as a condition of employment
Job Qualifications
- Possession of a bachelor’s degree or 3 years of management or administrative experience
- Hands-on responsibility in human resources activities including operations and analysis
- Strong conflict management, negotiation, and consulting skills
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills in a high growth environment preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, project management, and time management skills
- Solid business acumen and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication skills including written and verbal
- Ability to develop strong relationships and work with senior level executives
- Experience in developing employee-oriented culture and implementing HR policies
Job Duties
- Ensure compliance with Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program rules and regulations
- Directly supervise dispensary staff training and education in manager’s absence
- Manage point of sale transactions monitoring
- Maintain patient-specific logs and perform inventory receipt, storage, and auditing
- Order new inventory and supplies
- Resolve inventory discrepancies and patient-staff conflicts
- Develop and enforce privacy policies and ensure HIPAA compliance
- Liaise with staff, management, law enforcement, and community
- Direct and monitor department managers to achieve goals
- Establish methods to follow operating plan and ensure quality assurance
- Manage policies for retesting, storage, disposal, and product recall
- Assist in implementing security systems related to product tracking
- Maintain facilities to enhance employee productivity
- Provide company-wide communication and manage change
- Ensure employee safety, wellness, and health
