Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must possess a MED Badge
- Bachelor’s degree or 3 years management administrative experience focusing on employee relations and talent management
- Hands-on experience with full scope of human resources operations and analysis
- Passion for managing all aspects of retail operations including staffing, compliance, inventory control, purchasing, theft prevention, and product diversion
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills preferably in a high growth environment
- Experience in operations management including production oversight and accountability
- Excellent consulting, conflict management, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Solid business acumen, management reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills including listening, coaching, and training
- Strong leadership, project management, and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to develop strong relationships including working with senior executives

Job Duties
- Ensure compliance with medical cannabis pilot program rules and regulations
- Supervise dispensary staff and provide training in the Manager's absence
- Manage point-of-sale transactions and patient-specific logs
- Oversee inventory receipt, storage, auditing, and ordering using BioTrackTHC
- Resolve inventory discrepancies and patient-staff conflicts
- Develop and maintain privacy policies and ensure HIPAA compliance
- Liaise with staff, management, law enforcement, health commissioners, and community
- Direct and monitor department managers to meet goals and safety procedures
- Manage quality assurance plans and procedures for product packaging, labeling, retesting, and recalls
- Implement and maintain security systems for tracking and surveillance
- Develop company culture emphasizing quality, improvement, teamwork, and high performance
- Implement HR policies, compliance efforts, and accurate job descriptions
- Conduct investigations, respond to employee relations issues, and settle grievances
- Create organizational development and employee training programs
- Conduct performance reviews and monitor employee productivity
- Implement HR software in collaboration with IT
- Recruit, retain, and interview top-quality staff
- Manage talent acquisition and workforce planning
- Build quality assurance programs tied to performance reviews
- Develop compensation and benefit programs and manage leave administration
