Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Possess a MED Badge
  • Preferred bachelor’s degree or 3 years of related management experience
  • Experience in human resources operations and analysis
  • Passion for retail operation management including compliance and inventory control
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
  • Strong consulting, conflict management, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement HR policies
  • Experience conducting employee investigations and grievances
  • Capable of recruiting and retaining staff
  • Ability to conduct performance reviews and training
  • Comfortable with implementing HR software systems
  • Ability to manage change and foster company culture
  • Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
  • Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds with assistance
  • Must communicate effectively verbally and in writing

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Ensure compliance with cannabis dispensing regulations
  • Supervise dispensary staff including training and education
  • Monitor point of sale transactions
  • Manage patient specific logs and inventory auditing
  • Order new inventory and maintain records using BioTrackTHC
  • Resolve inventory discrepancies and patient-staff conflicts
  • Develop and enforce privacy policies and HIPAA compliance
  • Maintain quality assurance plans and prevent dispensing errors
  • Implement policies for product retesting, storage, and disposal
  • Assist with security systems for tracking and surveillance
  • Foster an employee-oriented company culture focused on quality and teamwork
  • Implement HR policies and manage compliance efforts
  • Conduct investigations and respond to employee relation issues
  • Perform exit interviews and recommend improvements
  • Create organizational development and training programs
  • Conduct performance reviews and monitor employee productivity
