Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a MED Badge
- Preferred bachelor’s degree or 3 years of related management experience
- Experience in human resources operations and analysis
- Passion for retail operation management including compliance and inventory control
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
- Strong consulting, conflict management, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement HR policies
- Experience conducting employee investigations and grievances
- Capable of recruiting and retaining staff
- Ability to conduct performance reviews and training
- Comfortable with implementing HR software systems
- Ability to manage change and foster company culture
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Must communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Job Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age

- Bachelor's degree or 3 years of management administrative experience preferred

Job Duties
- Ensure compliance with cannabis dispensing regulations
- Supervise dispensary staff including training and education
- Monitor point of sale transactions
- Manage patient specific logs and inventory auditing
- Order new inventory and maintain records using BioTrackTHC
- Resolve inventory discrepancies and patient-staff conflicts
- Develop and enforce privacy policies and HIPAA compliance
- Maintain quality assurance plans and prevent dispensing errors
- Implement policies for product retesting, storage, and disposal
- Assist with security systems for tracking and surveillance
- Foster an employee-oriented company culture focused on quality and teamwork
- Implement HR policies and manage compliance efforts
- Conduct investigations and respond to employee relation issues
- Perform exit interviews and recommend improvements
- Create organizational development and training programs
- Conduct performance reviews and monitor employee productivity
- Collaborate on HR software implementations
