Job Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Have excellent math skills
- Have a college degree or relevant management experience
- Be a certified Little Caesars Restaurant Manager and Training Manager for at least nine months
- Demonstrate leadership, team building, and communication skills
- Possess decision making and problem solving capabilities
- Ability to interpret profit and loss data and develop action plans
- Exhibit honesty and loyalty as per company guiding principles
- Availability to work approximately 55 hours per week including evenings and weekends
- Ability to perform all essential functions of the job
- Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with insurance
- Meet company background verification guidelines
- Provide proof of eligibility to work in the US
- Maintain reliable and flexible transportation at all times
Job Qualifications
- College degree or four to seven years of management experience in business, management, marketing or related field
- Certified Little Caesars Restaurant Manager and Training Manager for minimum nine months with proven results
- Excellent leadership and team building skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proven decision making and problem solving abilities
- Ability to analyze profit and loss statements and develop action plans
- Demonstrated honesty, loyalty, and consistency in line with company principles
- Ability to perform all essential job functions
- Valid driver’s license meeting company guidelines with a clean driving record
- Meet Little Caesars background verification standards
- Eligibility to work in the United States per Department of Justice requirements
Job Duties
- Hire qualified management candidates to meet area staffing and training goals
- Train Restaurant Managers and staff to perform to Little Caesars standards
- Supervise restaurant management using communication, delegation, and discipline
- Conduct store visits and meetings to ensure standards are met
- Provide leadership by advising Restaurant Managers on decision making and problem solving
- Conduct store reviews, certification and unannounced visits to evaluate operations
- Perform performance reviews and recognize Manager accomplishments
- Conduct security and safety audits and manage cash handling procedures
- Evaluate Management Trainees through solo open and close assessments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
- Process daily, weekly, and period end paperwork accurately
- Monitor profitability and set improvement goals with Managers
- Assist in local store marketing execution and success tracking
- Coordinate operational activities like relocations, remodels, and new store openings
- Respond promptly to issues and maintain reliable transportation
- Work approximately 55 hours per week with flexible availability
- Abide by OSHA, EEOC, and all Little Caesars policies and procedures
