Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality management preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Familiarity with alcohol service policies

Job Duties

  • Assist manager in oversight of the activities of the restaurant
  • Assist manager to ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • Help ensure high standards of food and beverage quality and service
  • Train, supervise, schedule and assist in evaluating staff
  • Maintain exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Address and resolve guest issues promptly
