- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Assist manager in oversight of the activities of the restaurant
- Assist manager to ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- Help ensure high standards of food and beverage quality and service
- Train, supervise, schedule and assist in evaluating staff
- Maintain exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Address and resolve guest issues promptly
