Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18
  • Must be able to work in a team environment and prioritize work and projects in order to meet competing deadlines
  • Ability to show initiative and critical thinking skills
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision, report to work regularly and on time, and be self-motivated
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • College degree preferred
  • Possess a valid, unexpired, and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant, state driver’s license or passport
  • Must be able to select, train, guide, and motivate employees
  • Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
  • Working knowledge of PCs and software applications
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing
  • Possess the legal right to work in the United States
  • Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand English
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Leads and coordinates the activities of workers in one or more occupations
  • Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations
  • Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving work problems
  • Initiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals
  • Recommends or initiates personnel actions such as promotions, transfers, discharges, and disciplinary measures
  • May train new workers, maintains time and attendance records as well as personnel files and performance records
  • Confers with other supervisors and/or managers to coordinate activities of individual departments
  • May confer with workers' representatives to resolve grievances
  • Operates company equipment and/or drives company vehicles
