Job Requirements

  • must be a resident of Wisconsin or Illinois
  • must not have been interviewed for the same position at MKE within the last 12 months
  • U.S. citizenship or authorization to work in the U.S.
  • able to obtain SIDA badge
  • valid US driver’s license
  • able to comply with DOT drug and alcohol testing
  • ability to work assigned shifts including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to lift 70 pounds and perform physical tasks
  • maintain well-groomed appearance
  • at least 18 years of age
  • comply with attendance standards
  • no sponsorship available

Job Qualifications

  • fully functioning knowledge of airline operations
  • knowledge of business and management principles
  • understanding of collective bargaining agreements
  • ability to communicate effectively
  • skilled in problem-solving and decision-making
  • familiarity with safety and compliance standards
  • experience in leadership or supervisory role
  • ability to obtain SIDA badge and meet airport requirements
  • must possess a valid US driver’s license
