Job Requirements
- must be a resident of Wisconsin or Illinois
- must not have been interviewed for the same position at MKE within the last 12 months
- U.S. citizenship or authorization to work in the U.S.
- able to obtain SIDA badge
- valid US driver’s license
- able to comply with DOT drug and alcohol testing
- ability to work assigned shifts including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to lift 70 pounds and perform physical tasks
- maintain well-groomed appearance
- at least 18 years of age
- comply with attendance standards
- no sponsorship available
Job Qualifications
- fully functioning knowledge of airline operations
- knowledge of business and management principles
- understanding of collective bargaining agreements
- ability to communicate effectively
- skilled in problem-solving and decision-making
- familiarity with safety and compliance standards
- experience in leadership or supervisory role
- ability to obtain SIDA badge and meet airport requirements
- must possess a valid US driver’s license
- must comply with DOT drug and alcohol testing
- knowledge of customer service principles
