Job Requirements
- Resident of the State of Indiana
- U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to obtain SIDA badge and meet local airport requirements
- Ability to obtain GSC qualification and comply with DOT drug and alcohol testing
- May need to obtain Customs Seal for international flight operations
- Ability to lift and move items weighing 70 pounds regularly
- Ability to work in outdoor and inclement weather conditions
- Ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, kneeling, crawling, and stooping frequently
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Must maintain company appearance standards
- Compliance with company attendance standards

Job Duties
- Guide and lead team members using Southwest Airlines talent management practices to coach, develop, and engage employees
- Actively coordinate with all departments to maintain the station's on-time performance, employee morale, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and guide ground support performance to ensure requirements are met
- Ensure all equipment including ground support equipment is maintained and available for operations
- Oversee day-to-day airport operations to create a safe, secure, and legally compliant service-conscious environment
- Maintain a safe working environment and institute programs designated to reduce accidents and injuries
- Coordinate with all departments to maintain the station's on-time performance and report status updates
- Drive performance processes by forecasting operational situations, monitoring results, and holding parties accountable
- Build bids in line with department's hourly goals
- Perform administrative duties such as shift bids, work assignments, payroll, and attendance reports
- Assure proper administration of labor contracts and agreements
- Perform other job duties as directed
